My name is Sion, and after years of working as an Electronic Design Engineer and living out of hotels across the globe, I recognised a real need for comfortable, homely spaces for professionals on the move. FAQs
Booking with us at SPO Properties is easy. You can either book directly with us through our website, through the chat feature on our website or you can call or email us using the contact details listed at the bottom of this page.
Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, to secure your booking we require payment in full prior to check-in. Once our invoice for your booking is issued to you, payment is required in full immediately upon issue of invoice. If check-in is within 14 days of your booking and our invoice for payment being issued to you, this will be non-refundable and payment will be required in full regardless of any cancellation made by you. All prices advised to you are inclusive of booking fees and charges unless stated otherwise. Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, should payment of the full amount not reach us upon issue of invoice and before your arrival date we reserve the right to cancel any bookings made and any deposit paid will be forfeited.
If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your booking and you notify us in writing (see our contact details below) at least 14 days in advance of your date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and your payment will be refunded in full (unless stated differently at the time of booking). It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your notice of cancellation in time. If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Any security deposit charged will be used against any non-payment of invoice, with the remaining balance of your booking passed over to an agency to attain any outstanding payment.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our accommodations.
All of our accommodations are equipped with complimentary superfast WiFi.
Checking in/out with us is super simple. Our check-in time for all of our accommodations if you book directly with us (via our website, chat feature on our website, phone or email) is from 3pm onwards. (Please note that if you book with us via a third party such as Airbnb or Booking.com, check-in time is from 4pm onwards). We will email you detailed check-in instructions prior to this which will provide you with the code to the lockbox containing the keys which will grant you access to the property. Check-out is also simple. Our check-out time for all of our accommodations is 10am. We just politely ask you to leave the accommodation in good condition, lock the property and put the keys back into the lockbox, ensuring the combination code is scrambled.
For all bookings we charge a £250 refundable security deposit. This is to cover any potential damages to the property and can be used against any non-payment of your booking. This may be in the form of a payment or an authorisation to deduct payment from your debit or credit card used to make the booking. If payment of the security deposit is made, it will be refunded within 24 hours of check-out and can take up to 7 days to reach your bank account, depending on your banking provider. If pre-authorisation of your security deposit is held on your credit or debit card, we will cancel the pre-authorisation within 24 hours of check-out. The return of your security deposit is dependent on the accommodation being left in good condition and no damages made during your stay. Please see our booking terms & conditions for full details.
Whilst we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs, we will do our best to accommodate your request. There may be an additional charge for this.

All of our accommodations provide free parking. Some of our accommodations have designated private parking spaces and others provide free street parking.
